Welcome to the Celebrations of the 2023 Queanbeyan Classic Holden Nationals where the fun is set to begin over February 2nd to 6th.
We again welcome all 1948 to 1980 Model Holdens to join with us in the celebrations of these Classics & we also welcome other Classics that are out of this era such as HDT, HSV, Monaro as well as other brands in which we place into our Special Interest category.
A charming riverside country town within easy reach of Canberra, the NSW South Coast and the Snowy Mountains, Queanbeyan has its own distinct personality. It’s a place with a rich cultural scene, intriguing history, pretty seasonal colours, and delicious food and wine.
Enjoy a heritage walk of the town’s historic buildings. The Queanbeyan Museum, housed in a building from 1876, tells fascinating stories about the local Ngambri Aboriginal people, early settlers, explorers and bushrangers of the gold rush era.
You can explore more heritage, history and tales with local author Nichole Overall on her Mysterious Queanbeyan by Moonlight tour. The intriguing Queanbeyan Printing Museum nods to the past with its collection of restored machines dating from the 1870s to the 1960s.
The event program will again be designed as in past to give entrants plenty of free time to explore this region at their leisure.
The Program will deliver a wide range of activities such as, mystery runs that will navigate throughout the region, show n shine, poker run, meet and greet etc.
So get your accommodation organised, car packed and bring your family and friends along to enjoy a weekend of Fun, Games and all the Great Times with all the other like minded enthusiasts.
